Before you start selling value you have to recognize that products don’t sell themselves.
You should concentrate your efforts on selling value.
When you start selling a product, don't focus on what you like about the product. Find out what your sales prospect needs so you can show them specifically how they’ll benefit from buying your product/service. This is a good start to selling value.
And you do this by asking open-ended sales questions that will engage your customers and open up the dialogue. Good sales questions uncover problems and needs. Your products then become the solutions for these problems.
Completely remove yourself from the picture and always start with your customer selling value not with your products/services.
Of course selling value is easy to say and hard to do.
You have two choices. You can either:
Talk about how great your product/service is and talk about the features you like most. Or you can . . .
Talk about the benefits of your product/service and emphasize the value to your sales prospects. How does it fix their problem?
You could only emphasize the value if you’ve taken the time to understand your prospects needs.
This is a major mistake salespeople make when they attempt to sell their products. Many salespeople try to sell a product by describing how great it is – all the while talking about product features and specifications.
But your sales prospects are thinking “That’s great, but what’s in it for me?”
However, when you can show the customer that the real value of your product exceeds the price they are paying for it, then you have sold them on the value of the product.
You have established why the product is worth more than its price.
Selling value is an important part of selling any product or service.

State your name. where you are from and the purpose for your call.
Ask your prospect if they are still seeking an opportunity to work from home.
Ask exactly what are they looking for.
Offer a solution.
If your prospects starts giving rebuttals, for example: This sounds good but…
3. Go back to what sounded good… Tell your prospect you understand their situation and ask what they liked about the opportunity.
4. Another Key in becoming a Highly Effective Salesperson is to Educate yourself about your prospects. Where are they coming from? Where are they now? Where do they want to be? What is it going to take to get them there? Do not close your prospects unless your opportunity is truly for them.
5. Buying is an Emotional Decision- Educate your prospects emotionally about the decision. This means you focus on the financial reward, the opportunity to spend more time with their family and the opportunity to get the material things they’ve always wanted. This is a 72 hour process and because of this you must schedule a follow up appointment. Ask your prospect when will you meet again.
6. Number six step in becoming a Highly Effective Salesperson is to Ask for referrals- does your prospect know anyone that would be interested in an opportunity to work from home. These are usually lay down sales because you’ve already earned their trust through the referral from their friend.
7. Begin Early and Stay Late. You are a business owner and to be successful you have to exemplify the habits of success.
Maintain your sense of humor. Keep a positive self image to gain results. Give yourself permission to give yourself a break.

Neuro-linguistic programming NLP
Neuro-Linguistic Programming NLP is a controversial approach to psychotherapy and organizational change based on "a model of interpersonal communication chiefly concerned with the relationship between successful patterns of behavior and the subjective experiences (esp. patterns of thought) underlying them" and "a system of alternative therapy based on this which seeks to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication, and to change their patterns of mental and emotional behavior".
The co-founders, Richard Bandler and linguist John Grinder, claimed it would be instrumental in "finding ways to help people have better, fuller and richer lives”. They coined the title to denote their belief in a connection between neurological processes ('neuro'), language ('linguistic') and behavioral patterns that have been learned through experience ('programming') and that can be organized to achieve specific goals in life.
NLP was originally promoted by its co-founders in the 1970s as an effective and rapid form of psychological therapy, capable of addressing the full range of problems which psychologists are likely to encounter, such as phobias, depression, habit disorder, psychosomatic illnesses, and learning disorders It also espoused the potential for self-determination through overcoming learned limitations and emphasized well-being and healthy functioning. Later, it was promoted as a "science of excellence", derived from the study or "modeling" of how successful or outstanding people in different fields obtain their results. It was claimed that these skills can be learned by anyone to improve their effectiveness both personally and professionally
Despite its popularity, NLP has been largely ignored by conventional social science because of issues of professional credibility and insufficient empirical evidence to substantiate its models and claimed effectiveness. It appears to have little impact on academic psychology, and limited impact on mainstream psychotherapy and counselling However, it had some influence among private psychotherapists, including hypnotherapists, to the extent that some claim to be trained in NLP and apply it to their practice. NLP had greater influence in management training, life coaching, and the self-help industry.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming NLP is a behavioral technology, which simply means that it is a set of guiding principles, attitudes, and techniques about real-life behavior, and not a removed, scientific theorem.
It allows you to change, adopt or eliminate behaviors, as you desire, and gives you the ability to choose your mental, emotional, and physical states of well-being.

Linkedin is a data base of serious professionals and it takes special skills to be able to communicate with these individuals.
From my own experience, when I first heard of Linkedin and how my colleagues are getting 20 or more leads a day, It was a must for us to begin using this Linkedin strategy as well. However, when I jumped on Linkedin I thought it was going to be as easy as Facebook or Twitter to add friends and individuals. But it wasn’t as easy as I thought.
Linkedin has what’s called a connection. You have to some how be associated with this person in order to add them to your network. So here are my Tips:
1. Begin by creating a professional Linkedin profile with a professional Linkedin picture. Imagine you are applying for a job and this is your resume. Please stay away from little butterflies, cute little bears, and t-shirts with some funny quote on it.
2. Fill out your education, and your professional background. If you are seeking other marketers to join your business, I would stay away from including all the MLM companies you have worked with or currently work with. On Linkedin, you should focus on branding yourself as a leader, not your MLM Company.
3. Next import to Linkedin from your Gmail account any connections that would be relevant to join in your Linkedin Network. This is the easiest way to begin connecting with individuals. The next thing is to search on Linkedin for individuals you already know and request to connect with them.
4. The next step is to join Groups. Similar to Facebook you create targeted searches for MLM or Network Marketing. You can also Target other MLM companies with the Linkedin strategy. Join the groups and become a frequent participator of creating discussions/articles.
You must be consistent with this Linkedin strategy in order to see results.
If you go in one day write an article and not come back for another 2 weeks you will immediately lose creditability on Linkedin. So be consistent, follow these steps and you will be successful on Linked in.

Internet Marketing Means you are Psychologically Unemployable
I'll start off by saying that the Definition of Psychologically Unemployable is Entrepreneur…
To further explain we have had the pleasure of sitting in on a couple of Jeffery Combs trainings. And one thing that he said in one of the trainings is that in order to be a millionaire in the Network Marketing Industry you have to be Psychologically Unemployable. This immediately stood out to me.
What does it mean to be Psychologically Unemployable?
It means to live life on your terms. For me being Psychologically Unemployable means that I feel like throwing up every time I think about having a 9-5, where I have to answer to someone else and work for someone else. Some of you may feel the same way and this may mean that you are Psychologically Unemployable too. Would you work hard, pull your hair out, and maybe cry a little, if you knew that you were going to benefit from everything you were working for? Would you work hard if you knew that all of your hard work would reap its benefits? And that all you’ve ever dreamed of for your family would finally come true. Well then, you have what it takes to be a millionaire in the Network Marketing Industry and I think thats a sign of being Psychologically Unemployable.
Becoming Psychologically Unemployable is the first step you must take in order to become financially free to do what you want to do.
We have always known that we posses the skill set to be successful in the MLM Industry. But having to pay a mortgage, a car payment, and all the utility bills, is a lot of responsibility. And you can’t depend on internet ventures to pay these bills. Well this is how we felt until we found ourselves facing this crazy economy and having to deal with people taking advantage of you because they know you need the job. We are also ready to take the next step in our marriage and start building our family. Do you think we can have babies working a 9-5, always worried about getting fired (even though you work your butt off), and never having enough money to get by? Well, we didn’t think so either. So we decided to fight for our freedom.
We found that being or becoming Psychologically Unemployable means learning a new set of life skills.
Becoming Psychologically Unemployable takes you knowing that you are the one responsible for your future that it does not depend on anyone but your self. You have the power to take control of your life. Are you afraid of that power? If you are a true entrepreneur then you are not afraid of this idea. You have to understand that you must do whatever is takes to be successful and always focus on the solution. Let’s leave the excuses behind you. Instead focus on the end result whether that is financial freedom, a beautiful home, an awesome car, or a better life for your family. My “why” is too important there are no other choices. There are No Plan b’s, this is plan b.
